| By utilizing a vacant studio space (large shed with windows and electric) in the garden of a terraced house in the London borough of Peckham, the Peckham project aims to provide a residency opportunity for all final year students studying at Scottish art institutions. The residency is offered initially for one, week long slot – Monday through Sunday. The space is there to be used in any way visiting artists see fit. Access is through the house and a key will be provided for the resident artist. This opportunity is offered for any one who may wish to visit the Capital and gain a professional view-point before finishing their final year and degree show. There is no pre-desired outcome imposed by the Modular collective and the space is offered for a nominal fee of 50pounds per week (covering admin and electric costs). |

| Interior of the proposed studio space (this will be cleared and tidied before the residency commences). The space is approx 10x12 ft, has three windows, work bench and electricity supply. |

| Bike is by far the best and quickest way to navigate south and central London, we can offer access to a bike for the resident artist if necessary. The studio is situated 5 minutes cycle from both New Cross and Peckham centres, 20 minutes from London bridge and 25 minutes from Waterloo. For supplies the nearest big B&Q and camberwell's Carling and Wilcox art shops are a 10 minute cycle.
